Hi I’m Melanie, a certified lash extension artist based in Palmdale, California. I specialize in creating beautiful, customized lash looks that enhance your natural beauty. ౨ৎ - In order for me to confirm your appointment I would need a $20 deposit. This deposit is just to lock in your appointment and it will of course be subtracted from your total when your service is finished. If you do not call or do not show up at that day of your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded. If you let me know 48 hours before that you will not be able to attend to your appointment or would like to reschedule, deposit will continue for 1 other appointment. Whenever you are ready, my Zelle is Melanie Diaz (312)-721-0978. Please let me know when you send it so I can check for you. - Please make sure if you are going to be late to let me know before hand or when you get a chance, I know stuff comes up and we cannot do anything about it. - Also, please make sure you are NOT wearing eye contacts and have no mascara at all on your top lashes. NO lash glue on your lashes either please. If I will need to take off any access lash glue or do multiple washes due to mascara, an EXTRA FEE will be charged. Any other type of makeup is perfectly fine. -Also please limit caffeine. Caffeine will make your eyes jittery and if your eyes are too jittery, I will not be able to work on your lashes. -The client consent form needs to be completed before your appointment. It pops up after choosing a date and time of appointment. PLEASE make sure it is signed. Other than this being said, let me know when you are outside on the day of your appointment. ౨ৎ

Cancellation Policy

Please note, a deposit is required to secure your appointment. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is nonrefundable. If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be applied to one future appointment, provided that you reschedule within a reasonable time frame. However, after the first rescheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited if you cancel or fail to show up. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
